Avantula is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The role involves working on premium real estate brands and marketing campaigns across India and Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality creatives for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Create performance-focused visuals for Meta and other digital advertising platforms.
Develop property brochures, presentations, sales collaterals and marketing materials.
Work on logo design, brand identity and branding projects.
Develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Adapt designs across multiple formats, platforms and communication channels.
Maintain strong standards of typography, composition, layout and visual consistency.
Collaborate with the marketing, content and video teams.
Prepare final artwork for both digital and print applications.
Contribute innovative design ideas to improve brand communication and campaign performance.
Requirements
Solid understanding of graphic design principles, composition and visual communication.
Good knowledge of typography, layout and colour theory.
Experience or strong understanding of logo design and branding.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills.
Real estate or marketing experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
