The Regional Product Manager – NRI will be responsible for driving and managing the NRI Business for the assigned region, with end-to-end ownership of business growth, product penetration, customer acquisition, channel productivity, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.
This is an individual contributor role requiring solid expertise in NRI banking, RBI regulations, FEMA guidelines, banking processes, product management, and regional business management. The role will work closely with Branch Banking, Relationship Management, Distribution Channels, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and other internal stakeholders to achieve regional NRI business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the NRI business strategy and performance for the assigned region, including acquisition, deposits, investments, remittances, lending, and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop and execute regional initiatives to achieve NRI business targets, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and product penetration.
Act as the subject-matter expert for NRI products, processes, RBI regulations,



FEMA guidelines, and applicable banking policies.
Ensure effective implementation of NRI products, processes, regulatory changes, and business initiatives across the region.
Drive productivity and performance through branch, relationship management, and distribution channels.
Manage and influence multiple channels and stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of NRI business plans.
Identify market opportunities, customer segments, competitive trends, and regional business potential to develop appropriate NRI strategies.
Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Business teams to resolve process gaps and enhance customer experience.
Monitor regional business MIS, identify gaps against targets, and implement corrective action plans.
