We are looking for a Finance graduate, immediate joiner, full time position at Chennai, India.
Job Purpose:
To provide dedicated administrative, compliance, and operational support for ITS India Finance.
The role will focus on travel and expense administration, audit coordination, and ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements, including SEZ, GST, and TDS regulations, local reporting and maintaining process documentation.
Your tasks:
Travel & Expense Administration
Manage employee travel and expense claim processes.
Review expense submissions for completeness and policy compliance.
Coordinate with employees and finance teams to resolve expense-related queries.
Support periodic reporting and reconciliation of travel and expense costs.
Audit & Governance Support
Coordinate internal and external audit requirements.
Maintain audit documentation and ensure timely availability of supporting records.
Track audit observations and support closure of action items.
Ensure adherence to company policies, governance standards, and documentation requirements.
Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
Support compliance activities
