Position OverviewSpellzee is looking for a passionate and engaging English Teacher specializing in Phonics to teach young learners online. The role involves delivering effective phonics lessons, assessing student progress, adapting lessons to individual learning needs,



and providing constructive feedback.
This is a teaching-focused role with no sales calls, demo conversions, or closures.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeach phonics and foundational English skills to young learners in an engaging and age-appropriate manner.
Conduct student assessments to understand individual learning levels and requirements.
Prepare and deliver interactive lesson plans.
Adapt teaching methods and activities according to students‘ learning needs.
Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to the class coordinator.
Build a positive, supportive, and engaging learning setting.
Collaborate with curriculum developers and fellow teachers to improve the learning experience.
Maintain effective classroom and student management during online sessions.
