The Role
We’re hiring Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) who are obsessed with GenAI, prompts, and problem-solving — and who want to see their work deployed in production, not stuck in demos.

As an FDE, you’ll sit at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering, deploying AI agents (voice + chat) into mission-critical enterprise workflows. You’ll work hands-on with customers to design, integrate, and scale AI agents that deliver measurable business outcomes — and then feed those real-world learnings straight back into the product roadmap.

No two deployments are the same.
This role is high ownership, high ambiguity, and very high impact.

Your work won’t just ship features — it will define how the product works in the real world.
What You’ll Do

Customer Problem Discovery
Partner closely with strategic customers to deeply understand workflows, constraints, and pain points
Identify high-leverage AI agent use cases across support, sales, operations, and automation
Turn vague business problems into clear, solvable technical and AI system designs

Agent Design & Deployment
Design and deploy end-to-end AI agent systems across voice and chat
Craft and iterate on prompts, tools, memory, state, routing, guardrails, and fallbacks
Debug AI behavior in production — from hallucinations to latency to edge cases
Ensure agents are reliable, secure, observable, and scalable
