What you'll do:
Identify and reach out to potential brand partners
Pitch influencer marketing campaigns and creator collaborations
Build and maintain long-term brand relationships
Negotiate and close brand deals
Coordinate with internal talent and campaign teams for smooth execution
Track leads, follow-ups, and revenue targets

Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in brand partnerships, business development, sales, or client servicing
Solid pitching, communication, and negotiation skills
Language proficiency in Hindi and English
Ability to build relationships and work towards targets
Time management and multitasking
Understanding of influencer marketing / digital media (preferred)
