Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee P&L;, budgeting, and financial performance for marine projects.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for marine and EPC project growth.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Identify business opportunities, optimize operations, and drive revenue growth.
