Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, generate leads, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online channels.
Research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
Contact prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
Conduct product/service presentations and sales discussions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations as required.
Negotiate with clients and support the sales team in closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Follow up with prospects regularly and move them through the sales pipeline.
Meet assigned monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
Track market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable with MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel when required.
