Role Description The Senior Manager will oversee end-to-end project and operational activities, ensuring offshore engineering initiatives are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This full-time on-site role, based in Mumbai, involves leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and managing project planning, execution,



and performance tracking. The Senior Manager will develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, monitor compliance with industry standards and company policies, and address risks or issues that may impact project outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing technical and financial reports, guiding team members, supporting resource allocation, and contributing to strategic decisions that enhance the organization’s service quality and market position.
Qualifications
