Role Description The People and Culture Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chail, responsible for shaping and sustaining a positive workplace culture across the hotel. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.



The People and Culture Manager designs and implements policies and initiatives that support employee engagement, learning and development, and retention. They collaborate with hotel leadership to align people strategies with business goals, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and promote fair, inclusive practices. Daily activities include supporting managers with HR guidance, handling grievance resolution, facilitating training sessions, maintaining HR documentation, and driving culture-building programs that reflect Cygnett’s values.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Skills in culture-building, employee engagement, and change management to support a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in hospitality or service-oriented sectors.
