Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will lead membership sales, including prospecting, cold-calling, walk-in conversions, and follow-ups to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting gym tours,



explaining membership plans and value propositions, and ensuring excellent customer experience from first contact to onboarding. The role involves collaborating with marketing for local campaigns, tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with operations and trainers to align promotions with member needs. The Sales Manager will also coach and guide front-desk and sales staff, maintain strong relationships with members and corporate clients, and represent the brand at local events and community outreach activities.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and deliver consistent service.
