Mold Supervisor / Technician - Thermoforming
Diploma or Technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
 3–5 years of experience in thermoforming or plastic manufacturing.  Strong knowledge of mold structures, materials, and thermoforming processes.  Experience with hand tools, machining, and measuring instruments.  Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and cooling systems is preferred  Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of thermoforming molds.  Inspect molds for wear, damage, or defects and take corrective action.  Assemble, disassemble, and adjust molds as required for production runs.  Ensure proper mold alignment, cooling, and functionality.  Support mold changeovers to reduce downtime and improve eAiciency.  Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve product defects.  Modify molds when needed to improve product quality or performance.  Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.  Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.  Assist in recent mold trials and production startups.
