The Design Head – Commercial Interiors at Ciao Green Pvt Ltd leads the end-to-end design strategy and execution for corporate workspaces and commercial fit-outs. This role bridges client requirements, brand expression, and exact turnkey execution to deliver sustainable, future-ready, and functionally sound environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design Strategy & Leadership

· Direct the interior design team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and highly creative environment.
· Develop space planning, concept designs, mood boards, and 3D visual presentations aligned with client briefs and budgets.
· Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards, safety regulations, and building codes.

Client Engagement & Pitching

· Act as the primary design point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients.
· Lead project pitch presentations to executive leadership and clients.
· Translate business objectives and brand personality into effective workspace solutions.

Project Oversight & Execution

· Develop and manage project design budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
· Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure design integrity is maintained from concept to site handover.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
· Experience: 6–8 years in interior design, with a minimum of 2-5 years in a leadership role managing corporate office and commercial projects.
· Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
· Soft Skills: Excellent communication, client management, and team-building skills
