Role Description The Phlebotomist role at Healthians is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the phlebotomist is responsible for performing safe and efficient blood collection from clients, including venipuncture and other specimen collection methods, following established protocols and infection control standards. Daily tasks include verifying patient identity,



explaining procedures, preparing collection equipment, labeling and handling specimens accurately, and ensuring timely delivery to partner laboratories. The phlebotomist also maintains clean and organized work areas, adheres to quality and safety guidelines, updates documentation in the system, and provides a courteous, reassuring experience to every client. Collaboration with lab teams, operations staff, and customer support is expected to maintain high service standards and smooth workflow.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Blood Collection skills, including venipuncture, specimen handling, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
