We're looking for a passionate and experienced Bakery Sous Chef to help shape the future of our brand. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating exceptional breads, gooey New York-style cookies, and creative desserts, we'd love to meet you.

What you’ll do :
Lead and oversee day-to-day bakery production on the floor, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all products.
Develop and execute innovative bakery and dessert offerings, including artisan breads, signature cookies, viennoiserie, and contemporary café desserts.
Plan and manage production schedules to support multiple outlets while maintaining operational efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to recipes, production standards, and SOPs to maintain product consistency.
Train, mentor, and supervise junior chefs and bakery staff, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
Collaborate with the culinary leadership team on seasonal menus, limited-time offeri
