? URGENT HIRING | PRODUCTION MANAGER
WEVOW is looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to join our growing team.
? Location: Barasat, Kolkata
? Experience: 5+ Years
? Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
? Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
? Joining: Immediate preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise daily garment production activities
• Plan and monitor production schedules and targets
• Coordinate with tailors, cutting, finishing and other production teams
• Ensure quality standards and timely completion of production
• Manage manpower and maintain smooth workflow on the production floor
• Track production progress and pending orders
• Identify and resolve production-related issues
• Coordinate with the design and management teams
• Maintain proper production records and daily reports




Requirements
✔ 5+ years of experience in garment/apparel production
✔ Strong knowledge of production processes and workflow
✔ Experience in women’s ethnic wear will be an added advantage
✔ Good team management and leadership skills
✔ Robust planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to manage production targets and deadlines
