Role Description The Online Educator is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality online lessons to learners across various digital and technology-focused programs.
Day-to-day activities include planning and structuring lessons, creating and updating course materials, delivering live and recorded sessions, and using digital tools and AI-powered platforms to enhance learner engagement and understanding. The role involves assessing learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to different skill levels and learning styles. The Online Educator collaborates with curriculum designers and other team members to refine content, maintain alignment with industry trends, and support crash courses, bootcamps, and corporate training initiatives. The role also contributes to webinars, workshops, and interactive learning events that strengthen PPStack’s educational ecosystem.
