Role Description The Admission Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Preet Vihar. The counselor will guide prospective students and families through the admission process, provide detailed information about courses and programs,



and help them choose the most suitable preparation path. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, conducting counseling sessions, explaining fee structures and batch schedules, and maintaining accurate records of leads and admissions. The role also involves coordinating with faculty and operations teams, participating in admission events or seminars, and following up with prospects to convert inquiries into enrollments. The counselor is expected to uphold a student-first approach, ensure a professional and welcoming workplace, and support learners in making informed decisions about their education goals.
