Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate information on shipments, schedules, and services. Responsibilities include resolving issues, coordinating with internal operations and sales teams, updating customers on shipment status, and ensuring timely documentation and follow-up. The role also involves maintaining customer records, managing service requests,



and supporting continuous improvement in customer experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment and committed to delivering professional, courteous service.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support experience.
Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through clear communication and proactive follow-up.
Experience working as a Customer Service Representative in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or related industries is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
Proficiency with MS Office and customer management or CRM tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
