Role Description The Security Services Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohtak, responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations across assigned properties. This position manages security personnel scheduling, deployment, and performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and client requirements. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, risk assessments,



and incident reviews to maintain a safe setting for tenants, visitors, and staff. The manager coordinates with property management, facility teams, and external vendors to implement and improve security protocols, systems, and emergency response procedures.
