Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing overall branch operations, business development, and team performance at the Agartala location. This full-time, on-site role includes managing sales targets, driving growth in life insurance products, and ensuring high-quality service to customers and distribution partners. The Branch Manager will lead and mentor branch staff,



monitor daily activities, and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, preparing performance reports, and coordinating with regional and corporate teams to optimize branch productivity.
Qualifications
