Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, well-connected, and execution-focused Business Development Manager to support the growth of Victorino Luxury Homes across real estate, hospitality, and emerging business verticals.

The selected candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic business networks, identifying new opportunities, supporting day-to-day business operations, and acting as a single point of contact for key business matters. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, external partners, consultants, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Network Building





•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain a strong network of clients, channel partners, brokers, investors, consultants, vendors, and industry professionals.
•⁠ ⁠Identify and pursue recent business opportunities in real estate, hospitality, and related sectors.
•⁠ ⁠Develop strategic partnerships that support the company’s growth objectives.
•⁠ ⁠Represent the company at meetings, networking events, industry forums, and business discussions.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain market intelligence on industry trends, competitors, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.

Business Operations & Stakeholder Coordination
