Omnichannel Commerce & Modern Retail Lead
Himalayan Pine Company (HPCo), the consumer brand of Vasshin Composites Pvt. Ltd., is building a new category of products from the Himalayan forest—turning invasive pine biomass and Himalayan botanicals into thoughtfully designed consumer products that connect Forest, People & Life. Our portfolio spans healthy snacks, botanical foods and beverages, low-sugar caramels, cookies, honey, botanical perfumes and pine-based tableware.
The Role | We are looking for a commercially aggressive omnichannel operator who understands how products actually get onto shelves, screens and shopping baskets—and how they become revenue. This is not a desk-based digital marketing role or a pure distributor-management role. You should have spent time in the trenches with buyers, category managers, retailers, marketplaces and distributors, and know how to identify whitespace before someone tells you where it is. You will own HPCo's expansion across Up-to-date Trade, E-commerce, Quick Commerce and international marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto,



Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, ONDC, Noon, Lazada, Shopee, Yandex and other relevant regional platforms, alongside physical modern and premium retail including Reliance Smart Bazaar, Reliance Fresh, Freshpik, Smart Point, D-Mart, More, Spencer's, Nature's Basket, Tata Star Bazaar, Star Market, SPAR, Modern Bazaar, Le Marche, Ratnadeep, Magson, Sodhi Supermart, 24Seven, Lulu Hypermarket, Vishal Mega Mart, Metro Cash & Carry, Namaste India, Food Stories, Sugar & Spice and other regional premium supermarket and gourmet formats. The person should be comfortable moving between a category-manager meeting, a modern-trade store, a quick-commerce dashboard, an e-commerce catalogue and a distributor's sales floor—and understand how the commercial opportunity changes across each.
