Key Responsibilities:
Shade Matching & Quality Control:
- Ensure accurate shade matching through adjustments in raw materials (paints).
- Monitor and ensure defect-free coils are dispatched for ACP production.
Supplier & Vendor Management:
- Provide feedback to paint suppliers regarding quality and performance.
- Coordinate with external parties for new shade development.
Production Oversight:
- Ensure no production of unauthorized recent grades.
- Adhere strictly to departmental SOPs and SLA guidelines.
Process Compliance:
- Maintain operational efficiency while complying with all production standards.
