- Quality Systems Development and Implementation:
- Work hand in hand with manufacturers to establish quality control processes, including incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product testing at Vendor end to meet industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Product Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality audits and inspections to ensure product conformance to specifications and customer requirements.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality problems and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product design and manufacturing processes.
- Vendor Quality Management:
- Develop and manage Vendor quality programs, including supplier qualification, performance evaluation, and corrective action.
- Conduct Vendor audits to assess quality systems and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with Vendor quality requirements.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Guide and mentor,
a team of quality assurance professionals of Vendors.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the quality knowledge and skills of the team.
- Foster a culture of quality excellence within the organization.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., BIS, BEE, IEC).
- New Product Development:
- Collaborate with the R&D; team to define quality standards and test parameters for current products.
- Conduct pilot runs and quality assessments during the product development phase & Ensure smooth transition of new products into mass production.
