Roles & Responsibility
Job Responsibilities:
- Tracking & Maintaining of Export control sheet & Docs (Data relating to Invoice, Shipping bill, BL, EBRC, RODTEP scrip and IGST Refund on Export)
- A keen analyst with a distinction of reviewing, investigating and correcting errors and inconsistency in documents
- Monitoring & Tracking of Import shipments & Maintaining Import control sheet (DSR)
- Handling Customs queries, Audit queries & SVB audit
- Coordinate with Finance team wrt EDPMS & IDPMS closures (e-BRCs)
- Arranging docs for Export (Invoice, PL, ARE, DBK, SDF, EVD, SLI, KYC, G R waiver, FEMA, etc.)
- High Sea Sale execution & documentation
- Handling of SECOND HAND CAPITAL GOODS & BREAK BULK Shipments
- Key role in enrolling WMI to AEO Tier-1 & Status Holder 3
- Finalizing HSN codes for Products & Spares
- Negotiating the Freight Costs and finalizing the shipments
- Freight rate contracts with Freight Forwarders
- Finalizing the Customs Handling Agents




- Verifying Shipping Bill & Bill of Entry checklists and HBL/HAWB Drafts
- Verifying F/Fs or Vendor bills with our contractual Rates / RFQs
- Import Customs clearance activities under various duty free schemes
- Arranging various types of Preferential COOs & Non preferential COOs via DGFT
- Claiming DBK, MEIS scrip & RoDTEP
- Arranging SIMS & CIMS certificate
- Key role in getting GST refund on export
- Coordinating with Interco Sales Team to ensure smooth function of Export sales
- Coordinating with Store team to get import material to factory & make GRN
- Coordinate with CHA, Co-loader & Freight Forwarder to close post-export process viz., stuffing, local EGM & gateway EGM & chase them to rectify the various EGM errors
- Monthly Report - EXIM Report, GST Refund Report, DBK Pending & sanctioned Report, GIT Report & Utilization of MEIS & RoDTEP scheme reports
- Preparing EXIM Reports Half yearly & Yearly
