- Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Align technical decisions with business goals and product roadmap.
- Provide high-level technical recommendations, approaches, and feedback.
- Plan for scalability and future growth of the company.
- Work with the Architect, in defining the Technical roadmap, and technology modernization initiatives and also in reducing the overall Tech Debt.
- Manage integrations with third-party systems.
- Take the overall responsibility of ensuring the engineering deliverables by the Scrum teams, are on schedule and quality, adhering to the engineering standards, best practices, and metrics.
