Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Pune District. This role is responsible for executing marketing strategies, supporting campaigns, and helping to build brand awareness in alignment with FabNationFabric's business goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, assisting with marketing plans, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and tracking the performance of promotional activities. The Marketing Specialist will create and refine marketing materials, support customer communication initiatives,



and help ensure consistent messaging across channels. This position involves regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and occasional interaction with customers to understand market needs and opportunities.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas effectively.
Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Experience with Sales support activities, such as lead follow-up and coordination with sales teams.
Ability to develop or support Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning and brand positioning.
Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, support customer engagement, and maintain positive relationships.
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, web content) is beneficial.
