- Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of ServiceNow professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored ServiceNow solutions.
- Solution Architecture: Design scalable and sustainable ServiceNow architectures, ensuring integration with existing systems and alignment with best practices.
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and contribute to business development activities.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks, ensuring the quality and consistency of ServiceNow deliverables.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT consulting with at least 5 years specializing in ServiceNow solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, and GRC.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale ServiceNow projects.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with certifications like PMP or ITIL being advantageous.
