- 8+ years experience in contact center domain software development or similar technology.
- Strong understanding of telephony concepts and IVR best practices.
- Experience with integrating IVR systems with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce & ServiceNow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Robust communication and teamwork skills.
