Purpose of Role:
The Assistant Manager - SHE will be instrumental in advancing Weir's health, safety, and environmental initiatives. This role involves overseeing the development, execution, and management of comprehensive SHE programs. The individual will champion a safe working environment by proactively identifying and mitigating workplace hazards, ensuring adherence to legal standards, and fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization.
Additionally, the Assistant Manager will drive the promotion of sustainability practices, continuously assess risks, and spearhead efforts for ongoing improvement in safety protocols.
