Role Overview
As a Catalog Manager, this person will take ownership of the product catalog, ensuring all product data is accurate, well-structured, and consistently maintained. Will also manage client-specific pricing configurations and actively work to improve product discovery and cross-sell opportunities across the platform. Role will directly impact customer satisfaction, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage creation, upload, and maintenance of product listings on Shopify
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all catalog data including specifications, descriptions, images, tags, and pricing
- Maintain and update catalog structure, including categories, collections, and filters
- Collaborate with category managers, suppliers, and internal teams to onboard recent products efficiently
- Manage pricing updates and configurations, including setting client-specific pricing based on agreed terms, volume, or purchase history
- Regularly audit and cleanse catalog data to ensure consistency and relevance
