- Handle ad-hoc / Medium incident
- Process management request for fetching information and design changes
- Minimum 8 years of relevant hands-on experience on above-mentioned technology
- Degree in Computer Science / Information System or related disciplines
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Cantonese would be an advantage
