Purpose:
The purpose of the Marketing Specialist role is to drive brand visibility and
engagement through creative and effective Below-The-Line (BTL)
marketing strategies. This role is crucial in creating meaningful connections
with target audiences,



managing vendor relationships, and executing
impactful marketing campaigns that contribute to the overall growth and
success of the company.
Key Result areas:
• ATL & BTL Marketing: Develop and execute Above-The-Line (ATL)
and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing strategies to enhance brand
visibility and engagement.
• Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships
with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing
materials and services.
• Brand Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic brand
