Key Responsibilities
- Lead Mobile Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of mobile applications, ensuring high standards for code quality, performance, and security.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction for the mobile development team, driving key architectural decisions and ensuring best practices for both iOS and Android.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor junior and mid-level mobile developers, provide code reviews, and share knowledge to improve team skill levels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver current features and enhancements.
