Senior Performance Tester

Hybrid (3 days a week)
This role plays a critical part in assuring the quality and reliability of our software systems and
applications. People in this role have a robust Computer Science background and demonstrated
expertise enhancing software quality.
What You Do
- Contribute to the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to identify test requirements
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests to validate the functionality of our software products
- Create comprehensive test plans and implement eective test strategies. Create test cases and test data based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Identify, analyze, and document software defects, and track their resolution in an issue tracking system
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and recommend process improvements
- Work closely with development teams to investigate and resolve issues,
ensuring the delivery of high-quality software
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and test automation
- Liaise with the product team to understand product changes and steer quality initiatives
- Provide support during the deployment and maintenance stages of the software development life cycle
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in computer science, software engineering or related discipline,
or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with an emphasis on
automation testing
