Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex stored procedures to handle data integration from 6-7 tables into a consolidated table.
- Ensure high performance and efficiency of all database operations.
- Analyze and optimize database queries and structures to improve performance.
- Create indexes , partitions , and other database optimizations as necessary.
- Implement data validation, transformation, and cleansing logic within stored procedures.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data teams to understand requirements and ensure accurate data mapping.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and errors in SQL code.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and provide timely fixes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver database solutions aligned with business goals.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts and project progress to stakeholders.
Technical Skills Required:
- 9-12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development .
- Proficient in designing and optimizing stored procedures , views , and materialized views .
- Strong knowledge of database indexing , partitioning , and performance tuning techniques .
- Experience in working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple tables.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL Plus (CLI).
- Familiarity with Oracle Database 19c/21c .
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
- Robust analytical skills to interpret data requirements and build database solutions.
