Job description
Key Responsibilities:
SAP SuccessFactors Development & Integration:
- Lead the development and integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central , Performance & Goals , Succession & Development , Compensation , LMS , Recruiting Management , and Onboarding .
- Design, configure, and implement SuccessFactors solutions to meet business requirements and improve the HR processes.
- Integrate SuccessFactors with various internal and third-party systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) , PI/PO , or other relevant integration tools.
- Handle the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless data flow across systems and departments.

Leadership (for SuccessFactor Lead Role):
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP SuccessFactors professionals, providing technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define and drive the technical approach for integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure that the team adheres to project timelines and quality standards,



while actively collaborating with other stakeholders (HR, IT, etc.) to meet business objectives.

Technical Expertise:
- Design, implement, and maintain various SAP SuccessFactors solutions for areas like Performance Management , Compensation Management , and Succession Planning .
- Develop custom configurations and enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors using Cloud Application Studio (CAS) , Advanced Reporting , HANA , and other relevant tools.
- Work with APIs , Web Services , and Middleware solutions for successful system integrations.
- Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, integration documentation, and training guides.

Collaboration & Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Business) to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth delivery.
