As a Subject Matter Expert:
- Should have Robust Functional Experience (Configuration & Solution) in HCM Cloud.
- Must Have: Talent Management (Goal Management, Performance Management, Career Planning, Talent Review & Succession), ORC, Benefits & Compensation.
- Should have around 6 yrs experience in the mentioned modules.
- Good understanding of the HCM Business Processes.
- Good experience in handling Clients on - Requirements, Solution, Support Issues, Demo.
- Good experience working on Requirements, Functional Design documents & End to end Functional Testing.
- Understanding of Offshore – Onsite Delivery model is an advantage.
- Though not a complete Technical – should be able to query the data for analysis/debug.
