Job Description – Facility Manager

Location: Raipur

Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Qualification: Graduate

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Facility Manager to oversee the overall facility operations and ensure the smooth functioning of infrastructure, support services, and daily operations. Candidates with prior experience in the hospital or healthcare industry will be preferred.

- Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day facility and infrastructure operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the building, equipment, utilities, and support services.
- Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other facility-related vendors.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor facility maintenance schedules and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and facility management standards.




- Manage vendor coordination, service contracts, and facility-related expenses.
- Prepare reports and maintain records related to facility operations and maintenance.
- Support emergency preparedness and ensure a safe working setting.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management.
- Experience in the hospital/healthcare industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities efficiently.

Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
