- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain chit fund schemes, payment schedules, auction procedures, and company policies to customers.
- Assist customers with current enrollments, KYC documentation, and account updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.
- Send reminders for monthly installment payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the company system.
- Coordinate with the accounts, collections, and branch teams for customer requests.
- Support customers during chit auctions and prize claim procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable chit fund regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.
