Job SummaryWe are looking for an Accountant with 6 months to 1 year of experience in US Accounting to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting for US-based clients using Quick Books. Inter CA dropout / CA Final - dropout are preferred (Only dropouts should apply) Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Accounting
Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) in Quick Books (Online/Desktop) Maintain and update general ledger, chart of accounts, and journal entries Categorize and classify transactions accurately as per US GAAP Bank & Account Reconciliation
Perform bank, credit card, and vendor/customer account reconciliations Investigate and resolve discrepancies between books and bank statements Ensure accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) are up to date Financial Reporting
Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements (P& L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)



Support month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare schedules and working papers for review by seniors/managers Requirements Inter CA (CA Intermediate/IPCC cleared) preferred; graduates in Commerce/Accounting/Finance also considered 6 months - 1 year of hands-on experience in US Accounting Working knowledge of Quick Books (Online/Desktop) - mandatory Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) Positive written and verbal communication skills (for client interaction) Preferred (Good to Have)Prior experience working with a US-based accounting/CPA firm or KPO Employment Details Job Title: Accountant - US Accounting Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 6 Months – 1 Year Shift: Day Shift
