Role Description The Receptionist Sales role is a full-time, in office position based in Haridwar. The role involves welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner. Daily tasks include maintaining guest records, handling check-in and check-out processes, coordinating with other departments, and supporting basic clerical work such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence. The receptionist will also assist in promoting services, explaining offerings to guests,



and supporting sales activities by upselling rooms, packages, and additional services. Consistent, courteous customer service and clear communication with guests and team members are essential.
