About the Role
We are looking for an experienced YouTube Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and manage YouTube channels, content strategy, audience growth, and overall channel performance. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in YouTube analytics, content optimization, SEO, audience development, and platform trends.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end YouTube channel strategies aligned with business and content objectives.
Plan and manage the YouTube content calendar, including long-form videos, Shorts, and other relevant formats.
Drive channel growth, engagement, watch time, subscribers, and overall performance.
Conduct YouTube SEO, including keyword research, titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and metadata optimization.
Analyse YouTube Analytics and identify insights to improve content performance and audience retention.
Track key metrics such as CTR, watch time, retention, impressions, views, engagement, and subscriber growth.
Work closely with content, creative, production, social media,



and client servicing teams to develop high-performing content.
Identify emerging YouTube trends, formats, creators, and content opportunities.
Develop strategies for improving video discoverability and organic reach.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify content gaps and growth opportunities.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage video publishing, scheduling, optimization, thumbnails, playlists, and channel hygiene.
Collaborate with creative teams on thumbnail strategy, video packaging, hooks, titles, and content formats.
Support YouTube monetization and revenue-growth initiatives where applicable.
Stay updated with changes to the YouTube algorithm, policies, features, and best practices.
Manage multiple channels/projects simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and performance delivery.
