Job description
- Thorough understanding of Enterprise Networking, NOC operations incident/problem/change management
- Sizing the manpower requirements in various technologies and should have good understanding of Routing, Switching, Network Security, Wireless and NMS/ITSM tools
- Deep understanding of client requirements in managed services (MS) such as manpower support, NOC monitoring and end to end managed services solutioning,
- Attending client meetings with business team and pitch for MS offerings
Creating solution documents/proposals for MS requirements
Minimum CCNA/CCNP certified and should have worked in NOC environment with robust communication skills and written English proficiency
- Minimum graduate and should have 10 to 15 years of experience in managed services domain
