Role Description:
This is a full-time, in office Tender Executive (GeM) role based in the Pune Division.



The Tender Executive will manage the end-to-end tender process on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including tender search, bid preparation, documentation, and timely submission. Responsibilities include reviewing tender eligibility criteria, coordinating with internal departments to gather technical and commercial inputs, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements. The role involves maintaining tender trackers, monitoring bid status, following up on clarifications, and supporting post-bid activities such as negotiations and contract finalization. The Tender Executive will also prepare regular reports on tender performance and contribute to process improvements for government and institutional sales.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong skills in tender management and GeM portal operations, including bid preparation, documentation handling, and compliance review.
