Ph D in relevant discipline from a reputed / globally recognized institution MBA / PGDM with an excellent academic track record Minimum 3–5 years (Assistant Professor) / 8+ years (Associate Professor) of full-time teaching and/or research experience at reputed institutions in India or abroad Research & Academic Credentials:




Strong research publications in Scopus / WOS / ABDC / UGC-Care indexed journals Active involvement in research, case writing, funded projects, or consultancy will be an advantage Experience in curriculum design, outcome-based education (OBE), NBA/NAAC processes is highly desirable Additional Value (Solid Advantage):
UGC-NET / SET qualification Proven exposure to academic administration, program leadership, or accreditation activities Ability to handle industry-integrated MBA programs, analytics tools, ERP / SCM software, or financial modelling platforms Key Expectations:
