About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to support business growth, client acquisition, and relationship management in the corporate interior fit-out segment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Corporate Interior / Office Fit-Out sector.
* Generate leads through market research, networking, references, and existing industry connections.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, architects, PMC firms, and other key stakeholders.
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable project solutions.
* Prepare and coordinate proposals, presentations, commercial discussions,



and client submissions.
* Follow up on leads, enquiries, tenders, and upcoming projects.
* Track the business pipeline and regularly update management on opportunities and potential projects.
* Conduct market mapping and identify upcoming corporate office and commercial projects.
* Support negotiations and ensure successful conversion of opportunities into projects.
* Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and explore repeat business opportunities.

Preferred Profile:
* Experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition in the Corporate Interior Fit-Out / Office Interior / Commercial Interior industry.
* Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Good understanding of the corporate interior and commercial real estate market.
* Strong networking and lead-generation capabilities.
