Preference Criteria: Local candidates based in Bangalore are highly preferred. Candidates with prior experience in the Retail industry or a similar industry (Apparel, FMCG, E-commerce, Consumer Products) will be given robust preference.

Finance Team Structure
The Finance function is structured across three levels, working together to ensure strong accounting controls, timely reporting, statutory compliance, and effective working capital management across EBO, MBO, and online channels:
• Finance Manager – owns end-to-end finance operations and team supervision.
• Finance Executive – manages day-to-day accounting, AP/AR/Treasury operations, and statutory compliance.
• MIS & Finance Executive – owns monthly closure, MIS reporting, and business performance analysis.
