Role Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end operational management of Vanmoh Chit Funds across the Head Office and all branches, along with monitoring of branch-level sales performance. Based at the Head Office, the role owns subscriber onboarding and documentation, chit group formation and auction administration, branch process standardization, regulatory and registrar compliance for operations, and service quality, while tracking branch sales targets and collections — working closely with sales, accounts, and compliance teams, and with branch operations staff, to ensure smooth, compliant, and customer-friendly chit fund operations across the network.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations Management
• Handle and monitor end-to-end operations of the Head Office and all branches, ensuring consistent processes, service standards, and turnaround times.
• Standardize and enforce operating procedures (SOPs) for subscriber onboarding, group formation, auctions, collections handling, and closures across all branches.
• Monitor branch-wise operational performance,



service quality, and process adherence; drive corrective action where gaps are identified.
• Coordinate new branch setup, infrastructure readiness, and operational rollout for network expansion.
Chit Group & Subscriber Administration
• Oversee subscriber enrolment, KYC, and documentation processes across branches, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate conduct of chit group auctions, prize disbursement processing, and group closure formalities.
• Maintain and monitor subscriber records, pass books, and group registers in coordination with branch teams.
• Resolve subscriber operational escalations and coordinate with branches and sales for timely closure.
Sales Monitoring
• Monitor branch-wise and consolidated sales performance across all verticals of Vanmoh Chit Funds against targets.
